Photo by Jeff Roberts, “I am a native of Pamlico County. Born and raised here. US Army Veteran. I work for Pamlico County Schools. First as a custodian then as a teacher assistant and now as the TIMS clerk. I have traveled the world. I have been taking pictures and evolving my hobby into hopefully my retirement plan. I mainly do landscape and wildlife photography. I am a diehard Nikon fan. I recently got into drones because well it allows me to take images that are impossible for me to take. I usually think of a shot long before I take it and plan it out in my head. The photo of the Firetower was taken In Grantsboro, NC. It seems that a lot of people have forgotten about that old guy!! The firetower was built in 1947 the year my dad was born I enjoy sharing my photography and freezing time in a picture. For that moment is now mine and mine alone, well of course my wife's as well as she is always with me.”

Photo by Paula Downes, “I took this on 9 May 24 from our dock on Pasture Creek in Merritt. It looks like a water color painting that I enhanced but it looked like that all by itself.”
