Introducing the 2024 YNTO Snapshots
Meet the Young Photojournalists Honing their Photography Skills through Sports
Down in the County is excited to introduce the young people of Youth Navigating Toward Opportunity (YNTO) and the creative work they produced as the 2023-24 YNTO Snapshots. Down in the County partnered with YNTO to train these young people in the skills they need to be a photojournalist.
This year they voted to focus their efforts on sports. (Special thanks to the athletes and coaches of Pamlico County Schools!)
Young people age 11 and over are eligible to participate in the program through YNTO. Contact Taquan at (910)389-6933 or Andrea at [email protected] if your child is interested to join in September of this year.
The following photos were made and edited by the YNTO Snapshots.
